Do you play the strings?

We are now taking sign-ups for a "Saturday String Ensemble"!

The ensemble will be directed by Tony Tripp, the director of the Los Angeles Harbor Chamber Ensemble. Students with previous experience playing violin, viola, cello or bass may register.

Current participation in private lessons is encouraged as this will be an ensemble experience, focusing lesson individual technical skills and more on performing as a group and reading 2 and 4-part music.

Each student will need their own instrument, bow, rosin and shoulder rest for violins and violas. Sheet music will be supplied and brought home to be practiced individually.
